About Unbound Recovery, LLC:
At Unbound Recovery, we believe healing happens in relationship--with food, with body, and with others. We're building a team of clinicians who are passionate about heling clients reclaim peace with food and freedom in life.
Unbound Recovery, LLC was founded in 2021 to meet the rising need for evidenced-based treatment for individuals with disordered eating behaviors throughout Kansas. It is a privately-held outpatient treatment center focused on the treatment of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and compulsive overeating.
Unbound Recovery, LLC works closely with patients, their families, and health care professionals to create individualized and wrap around treatment plans for adolescents (10-17) and adults (18+). Our staff of licensed mental health professionals and registered dietitians is dedicated to meeting each patient exactly where they’re at and walking with them toward healing and lasting recovery.
About the Position:
Part-time position available currently with the potential to increase hours as the organization continues to grow. Position starts with approximately 32 hours per week based on the organization's needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule patients promptly. Responds to inquiries within 24 hours. Demonstrates compassion and empathy to patients and families.
- Maintains patient files and responds timely to medical records requests.
- Obtains appropriate pre-admissions paperwork, referrals, documentation, medical releases, and insurance information.
- Supports and clearly communicates with clinicians to complete administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Communicates effectively and professionally with referral sources and collaborative providers regarding medical records, referrals, etc.
- Creates and updates spreadsheets in Google Drive for tracking systems (need for potential groups, scheduling, etc.)
- Participates in weekly staff meetings, providing up-to-date information about potential patients to the treatment team.
- Assists with creating and scheduling social media content.
- Assists with outreach and collaboration activities on behalf of Unbound Recovery, LLC with referral partners, outpatient care teams, marketing events, local universities, etc. and communicates these opportunities with the team for potential participation.
- Assists with student/intern/new employee orientation.
- Provides assistance to organization’s billing specialist and creates invoices, payment plans, and records payments with accurate and timely communication to clients.
- Assists with data management for health insurance billing.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Professional and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, independent worker.
- Proficient working with computers.
- Strong problem-solver and detail oriented.
- Compassionate and empathetic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $15-$17//hour.
- Position starts at 30-32 hours per week, with the potential for full-time hours as the organization continues to grow.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM (negotiable and flexible).
- No Weekends/Main Holidays.
- Schedule may change based on the needs of the organization.
- Some remote work may be negotiated based on needs of the organization.

720 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, KS 66502 and potential for some remote work.
